Job Title: CASE MANAGER - EMERGENCY
Location: Baltimore, MD
Full Time evening Evening Master’s Requires Master’s degree from an accredited school of nursing and three to five years full-time nursing experience with a minimum of three years experience in the specialty area. Expert clinical practitioner and skilled manager of clinical systems that impact patient care: coordinates interdisciplinary care for a select caseload of patients from pre-admission through post discharge and taking into consideration the age and developmental needs of the patient is responsible for the interdisciplinary coordination of patient care as established by critical paths, managed care contracts, and individualized interdisciplinary plans of care mobilizes resources and manages the system(s) in order to respond to concurrent and retrospective variances according to the critical path or interdisciplinary individualized plan of care participates in developing, evaluating, and revising critical paths, analyzing and utilizing aggregate variances and trends to improve clinical, quality, and fiscal outcomes maintains knowledge of and responds to clinical system, and fiscal data related to specific patient populations.
Job Title: NURSE MIDWIFE - CNM

Full Time 8:-4:30 p.m. Day Master’s Professional License-Maryland 3 years The Nurse Mid-Wife works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team and is responsible for providing comprehensive and age appropriate care to both well and/or ill gynecologic and obstetrical patients. The Mid-Wife educates patients and/or intervenes in acute or chronic illness. The Mid-Wife practices within the guidelines of the unit department, and institution and in accordance with the Nurse Mid-Wife - Physician Written Agreement required and approved by the State of Maryland. The Mid-Wife is granted affiliate staff privileges by the Johns Hopkins Hospital Medical Board; these privileges list specific tasks and are reviewed annually.
