Job Description:
Responsibilities 1. Performs deposit and record collections. 2. Reconciles bank accounts to the general ledger. 3. Allocates revenue as appropriate. 4. Prepares monthly journals and conducts quarterly closing activities. 5. Researches and prepares account reconciliations. 6. Prepares internal and external reports. 7. Prepares schedules for external auditors in connection with the year-end audit process. 8. Assists with month-end close activities. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required. One (1) year of experience in Accounting, including experience in the preparation of monthly financial statements, is required. Preferred Qualifications Prefer fixed asset accounting experience. Experience with Best Fixed Asset System a plus. Prefer account reconciliation experience. Skills Ability to meet deadlines. Ability to complete work thoroughly and accurately.
