Job Description:
Full Time 7A-7:30P Rotating Bachelor's Current Licensure 1 year ÿ requires at least 2 years of recent acute care RN experience.
is responsible for coordinating care for a group of patients for a designated time period to achieve clinical and organizational outcomes.
ÿ provides direct patient care based on the nursing process; provides direction to/manages other team members to promote quality and excellence of care.
ÿ works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary health care team to optimize team performance.
ÿ promotes improvement in unit processes and systems to benefit patient care and achieve unit goals.
ÿ may act in the absence of the Nurse Clinician (NC) III to oversee daily care for a group of patients, as assigned.
