Need of Geriatric nurses

I currently work in a Retirement Community and it really has opened my eyes
to the need of Geriatric nurses. Geriatric patients need special care an
patience. They need a kind word and a listening ear more than others. I
really feel that I can give my patients that extra smile and genuine
support.If you lift spirits, who knows what else can hapen. If you keep
their will to live ongoing, then they will succeed. I am so excited to start
my future in Nursing and I hope to help many patients!
